Day 2 – Nassau, Bahamas

Wake up in paradise! Spend the day exploring Nassau’s beaches, shopping, or excursions—or join an optional group outing. That evening, enjoy a Networking Dinner onboard with your colleagues.⏰ Arrival: 8:00 AM | Departure: 5:00 PM

Day 3 – Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas

Relax and recharge at Royal Caribbean’s private island escape. Lounge on the beach, splash at the waterpark, or join fun group activities. We’ll close the night with our Agents at Sea Recognition Celebration.⏰ Arrival: 7:00 AM | Departure: 5:00 PM

Day 4 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We return home with new friends, fresh energy, and memories to last until next AEP.⏰ Arrival: 6:00 AM
