At Agents at Sea, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy below:
Event Fees

If you cancel your participation, we will refund 75% of your event fees (such as networking breakfasts, recognition night, or masterclass access), provided your cancellation request is received in writing before the published deadline.

The remaining 25% of event fees are non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs.
Cruise Fare

Cruise bookings are handled directly with the cruise line for the current year (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival).

Any refunds, cancellations, or changes related to your cruise fare, cabin, or onboard charges must be handled directly through the cruise line and are subject to their individual policies.

We cannot override or alter the cruise line’s cancellation or refund policies.
Transfers & Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your event registration to another agent or guest. Please notify us in writing at least 30 days before sailing to arrange a substitution.
No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the event.
