Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Agents at Sea event hosted by Edmonds Insurance & Travel Services. By registering for this event, you agree to the following:

1. Event Registration

  • Event registration includes access to scheduled networking events, masterclasses, and recognition activities organized by Agents at Sea.

  • Event fees are separate from cruise fares. You must book your cruise cabin directly through the host’s travel agency or designated cruise line.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • Deposits and payments for cabins are subject to the cruise line’s policies.

  • Event fees must be paid in full by the deadline listed on the registration page.

3. Refund Policy

  • Event Fees: 75% refund available if canceled in writing before the stated deadline. 25% is non-refundable.

  • Cruise Fares: All refunds, cancellations, and changes must be handled directly with the cruise line and are subject to their terms.

  • No-shows: No refunds will be issued for unused event portions.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

  • Event registrations may be transferred to another person by notifying us in writing at least 30 days before sailing.

  • Cruise cabin transfers are subject to cruise line approval and policies.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Agents at Sea acts solely as the organizer of group events and does not control or operate the cruise line, its employees, or its vendors.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Cruise line cancellations, delays, or schedule changes

    • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel

    • Travel interruptions due to weather, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from event activities without refund.

7. Media Release

By attending Agents at Sea, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for future promotional purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State].
